I’m so happy to share these FREE letter formation worksheets with you!
Letter formation is an important part of a preschool or kindergarten curriculum. Best of all, it can be so fun! There are so many ways to make letter learning fun!
These worksheets feature extra large and hollow letters to give you the freedom to try so many different things with each letter.
Each letter worksheet provides multiple opportunities to teach letter recognition, letter formation, letter sounds and more. You can trace them, laminate them, turn them into a game or puzzle!
Check out these examples:
A is for Apple
A is for Apple! To make these cute little apples, we used our thumbs and some red paint. We even added a little stem with a green marker.
B is for Beads
B is for Beads! Nothing beats dumping a handful of beads onto gluey paper! You can also use beans or you can put some food colouring in bubble solution and paint the page with bubbles!
C is for Cotton
C is for cotton! Grab some cotton balls and rip them apart. Then, glue them on to form a C. If you don’t have any cotton you can also use cheerios, crayon shavings or clay.
